SharePoint
Serves the interface and holds every record in lists and libraries in a site you own. Version history and item-level audit come from SharePoint itself.
Our IT Policy
Everything your IT, security and procurement teams need to assess a g8tes tool: how it plugs in, what it can touch, how we run trials and tenders, what we guarantee, and how support, training and updates work. Written for the second read, because IT always reads it twice.
01 · At a glance
02 · How it plugs in
On a laptop they open the tool where they already work. On a phone it runs in an iOS or Android app your IT team deploys and controls through your mobile device management (MDM).
Unchanged. What reaches them is complete, approved and traceable.
Serves the interface and holds every record in lists and libraries in a site you own. Version history and item-level audit come from SharePoint itself.
Your admin registers the app in your own Entra ID and grants consent. Access follows your users, groups and policies.
People open the tool where they already work. Notifications use your own Microsoft 365 services.
Where a step is automated, it runs as a standard Microsoft 365 automation in your tenant, listed in the scope. Premium connectors are only used if named and costed first.
Unchanged. The hand-off is agreed in the scope: a structured export your team imports, or a connection through your existing integration layer.
The same tools in a managed app that follows your MDM policies: sign-in, wipe, copy and paste rules are yours.
03 · Security and access
04 · Data and privacy
05 · Trials
One offline file. It makes no network calls and reads an export you choose. Nothing is installed in your tenant, and deleting the file ends the trial.
We show the tool working on your process with sample data before you pay. Your team clicks through it, not a slide deck.
After the trial you get a written scope, the permission list, the licence tier and a fixed price, starting from our published starting prices. No obligation to continue.
Real work through the tool is a pilot, not a trial. It runs under a short statement of work: scope, success criteria and the baseline they are measured against, named users, data terms, start and end dates, and the date we decide together to subscribe, buy outright or stop. A pilot is paid, and the fee is credited against your first year if you convert.
06 · Tenders, procurement and contracts
We respond to RFIs, RFPs and tenders with a written scope, fixed price per workflow, licence requirements, permission list, architecture, delivery plan and acceptance criteria.
We complete your vendor registration, security questionnaires and compliance forms, and provide company documents, including our trade licence details and D-U-N-S number.
A master agreement, with one statement of work per workflow. Payments are tied to accepted deliverables, not to time spent.
Your data and configuration are always yours. On a subscription g8tes keeps the product IP and licenses it to you; on an outright purchase you buy lifetime ownership of the tool. This is written into the contract and our Terms.
07 · Delivery and acceptance
We build in weekly rounds. Each one ends with something your team can click and comment on.
Every release is tested in a test site against written acceptance criteria before it reaches production.
Production changes go through your change process and your admin's approval. Nothing is switched on without sign-off.
Each deliverable is accepted in writing against the scope. That sign-off triggers payment.
08 · Guarantees
The price agreed for a written scope is the price you pay.
You see the tool working on your process before any payment.
Anything that doesn't work as the written scope describes is fixed free of charge during the warranty period in your contract.
The Microsoft licence tier and any paid add-on are named and costed before you commit.
Every tool comes with what it won't do, written down before you buy.
Every enquiry and support request gets a reply from a person within 48 hours.
09 · Aftersales support
10 · Training, guides and manuals
Live sessions for each role: requesters, approvers, owners and admins. Recorded where you allow it.
We train your champions so new joiners are trained in-house.
One page per role: what to do, where to click, what happens next.
The user manual covers every screen. The admin manual covers install, configuration, permissions, updates, backup and uninstall.
All documentation is delivered into your SharePoint, in editable form, so it changes as your process changes.
11 · Updates
12 · Handover and exit
The configured tool, your data, the admin and user manuals, training materials, the permission list and the acceptance sign-off.
While we tune the tool with you it carries our red tag. At handover the tag comes off. Your data and configuration are yours under every option; buy outright and the tool is yours as well.
An uninstall procedure is provided before install. Withdraw consent, remove the app, and your data stays in your SharePoint, in standard lists you can export.
We don't sell AI or AI agents. Our tools use built-in checks and automation inside your Microsoft 365; people make every decision. We don't guarantee growth, savings or compliance, and we don't claim certifications we don't hold. The Microsoft licence tier a tool needs is named before you commit.
