What it does
g8tes builds retail workflows for UAE retail and FMCG teams, inside the Microsoft 365 you already pay for. We fix the work that happens around your ERP: the approvals, promotions, product launches and follow-ups that still live in spreadsheets and email. Five tools, each one fixes one thing.
No. Your ERP keeps the numbers, and it stays unchanged. g8tes organises the work around it, so what reaches your ERP is complete, approved and traceable. The hand-off (a structured export or your existing integration layer) is agreed in your scope.
That's what flow is for. Each request has one owner per gate, its evidence attached and a clock you set, so nobody has to send the fourth “just checking in” email.
Yes. promo puts lines, mechanics, supplier funding and margin in one plan, with one version and one approval. Missing funding gets flagged instead of searched for.
Cost and trying it
g8tes runs on the Microsoft 365 you already pay for. We name the Microsoft licence tier a tool needs before you commit, and we cost any paid add-on first.
Our starting prices are published in AED. For example, flow starts at AED 2,500 a month or AED 35,000 to own outright, and the SME package starts at AED 990 per tool per month. Prices exclude 5% VAT. See the pricing page for every tool.
Yes. Start with an offline trial file that installs nothing in your tenant. Then you see the tool working on your own process with sample data before any payment. A pilot on real work is paid, and the fee is credited against your first year if you continue.
We work one workflow at a time and build in weekly rounds, each ending with something your team can click. The timeline is set out in your written scope, with a fixed price, before work starts.
Data and IT
In your own SharePoint, inside your Microsoft 365 tenant. g8tes keeps no copy. We have no access by default. If support needs access, it's requested, approved by you, time-boxed and logged.
Your people do. We don't sell AI or AI agents. Our tools use built-in checks and automation inside your Microsoft 365, and people make every decision.
Before anything is installed, IT receives the full permission list with a reason for each one, the architecture, the licence tier and an uninstall procedure. Your admin registers the app in your own Entra ID, and your conditional access, MFA and retention rules apply. Our IT Policy has the full detail. IT always reads it twice, and we wrote it for the second read.
Yes. The same tools run in an iOS or Android app that your IT team deploys and controls through your mobile device management (MDM).
Ownership and buying
Your data and configuration are always yours. On a subscription, g8tes keeps the product IP and licenses it to you. If you buy outright, you own the delivered tool for life. While we tune it with you it carries our red tag, and at handover the tag comes off.
Yes. We respond to RFIs, RFPs and tenders with a written scope, a fixed price per workflow, licence requirements, the permission list, the architecture and acceptance criteria. We also complete vendor registration and security questionnaires.
No. g8tes is ISO-aligned by design, not certified. We don't claim certifications we don't hold. We design our tools so your own audits are easier to pass.
Yes. The SME package covers up to 15 named users and up to 5 sites or stores, on a 12-month subscription.
